In this three-month programme we will train you on:

• Seeing the potential business value you can achieve
• How to develop an Action Plan for improvements to your business.

At the start of this programme there will be a one - on – one session of discovery, analysis and understanding.

You will learn:

3. How to set an achievable profit target
4. How to calculate your key performance indicators for your business
5. How every decision you make effects the value of your business
6. How earnings multipliers effect your business sale price
7. How the value of your business can be improved

There shall be two follow up face-to-face meetings to fine-tune the learning outcomes and your understanding
