Business Mentoring Programme

This 7 month programme provides one – on one coaching for business owners. You will learn:

  • How to develop and implement improved systems for business growth
  • How to step back from your business and look at "the big picture"; identifying strengths, weakness, opportunities and threats.
  • Be able to analysis and develop an effective marketing plan
  • Learn how to quickly improve your staff management and leadership skills, increasing overall productivity
  • Be able to develop a simple and effective exit and succession plan
  • Implement and achieve greatly improved results under the tuition of an experienced coach.



There shall be an initial meeting to clearly define the learning outcomes and your understanding. Follow up coaching sessions per month (7 sessions) and fortnightly phone contact to discuss ideas.
